Tutorial: How does liberalism define the purpose of regulation? What is the difference between state regulation, co-regulation, self-regulation, market regulation and professional/ethical regulation? What were the main recommendations of the ‘convergence review’ and the Finkelstein Review? Why were the proposals not implemented?
