The problem in this case is poor relationship management in Gulf Air Bahrain, which has led to reduced performance rate. Relationship management entails a task that involves the human resource department. Poor relationship management often leads to conflicts arising from different stakeholders in the organization. For instance, if the human resource management does not consider establishing a culture which defines the manner in which different individuals in the organization should adhere to a defined code of behaviour, then crisis often arise which involve individuals from different levels/ranks. Likewise, the performance of the organization deteriorates following poor relationship management.
Therefore, the research will base on investigating how poor relationship management has contributed towards poor performance of the organization as well as suggesting for the appropriate strategies that need to be applied to improve the relationship in the organization
